Compensation Made Simple

Accident, illness or loss of a loved one is awful enough without the added pressure of dealing with a claim for compensation.

We are specialists in Personal Injury claims, often pursuing complex and high value cases. All claims will be conducted by a qualified solicitor. We will meet you “face to face” and advise about various forms of funding, including “no win, no fee” agreements. In the vast majority of cases we handle, the “other side” pays our costs. If you have the benefit of existing legal expenses insurance then we will liaise with insurers on your behalf to ensure you take advantage of that cover. We advise on a range of accident claims, including:

  • Complex head and spinal injuries
  • Stress and bullying claims
  • Fatal accidents
  • Inquests
  • Road Traffic accidents
  • Industrial accidents
  • Work related upper limb disorder
  • Medical Negligence
  • Claims for Criminal Injuries compensation
