We recognise that your employees are one of, if not the most important part of your business. It is therefore vital that you have access to comprehensive employment law advice, as and when required. Our employment team are available to address your concerns.

We can advise on the most cost effective and efficient route to achieving your aims. With our careful planning and foresight, we can equip your business with the necessary contracts of employment, policies and support to ensure that if a problem does arise, you have the infrastructure in place to deal with the situation.

Although we strive to minimise disputes, there are situations where this is not possible. Should this happen, our team can assist you in defending Employment Tribunal and Court claims and advise you on the relative merits of achieving a negotiated settlement.

There may be occasions when it is necessary to take action against an employee, such as enforcing restrictive covenants or recover company property. Should this be the case, our team can assist your business in doing this.

Our team is here to help you and your business with various employment matters, including:-

  • Unfair dismissal claims
  • Redundancies and business re-organisation
  • Discrimination claims
  • Contractual claims
  • Compromise Agreements (often referred to as ‘Settlement Agreements’)
  • Restrictive Covenants
  • Service Agreements
  • T U P E
